Group Chief Executive Officer
Joseph Low is the Chief Executive Officer of PCS by Mercer Group, responsible for development of the overall strategy of the Group and leads the PCS business globally. Joseph joined PCS by Mercer in 2006 and was instrumental in setting up and driving the PCS business in Hong Kong. He was also responsible for developing the strategic plans for the North Asia market, managing key partner relationships in this region. Prior to joining PCS by Mercer, Joseph was at Zuellig Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd (Singapore) where he served as a Marketing Director for Private Client Services. He has over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
Group Chief Operating Officer
Chong Choon Nean is the Chief Operating Officer of PCS by Mercer Group. Prior to joining PCS by Mercer, he has over 16 years of experience in merchant and investment banking.
CN entered the high net worth life insurance section in year 2005 and joined PCS by Mercer Pte Ltd in year 2006. His current specialization is in the area of private placement life insurance. In addition, he holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and BSc (Hons) from University of Manchester, Institute of Science & Technology, Manchester, England. CN is also qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a member of STEP.
He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, (Dialects) Hokkien, Teochew and Hakka.
Chief Executive Officer, Singapore
Davin Wong is the Chief Executive Officer, Singapore of Private Client Services by Mercer Pte. Ltd. Davin is responsible for developing the strategic plans for the SEA market as well as managing key partner relationships in this region. Prior to joining PCS, he has over 20 years’ experience in wealth management, client advisory and private banking across various geographies. Davin also held similar leadership roles in VP Bank, Bank Julius Baer, ANZ, UOB, DBS and HSBC. Davin holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Finance and a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney Australia. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.
Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong
Christina Wong is a CEO at Private Client Services by Mercer Limited. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and banking industry specializing in multi-channel insurance sales, distribution, products, strategic planning and project execution, Christina’s drive and dedication will fuel PCS’ global growth ambition. Christina joins PCS from HSBC where she was Head of Third Party and Private Banking Distribution at HSBC Life. She was instrumental in the growth of its high net worth client segment and achieving wealth model synergies across the HSBC Group. She also held similar roles at Transamerica Life Bermuda, MetLife and Zurich International Life.
Chief Executive Officer, International
Anubhav Bhushan is the Chief Executive Officer, International at Private Client Services by Mercer Pte. Ltd. Based in Singapore, he leads two teams in Singapore and Dubai and focuses on providing insurance-linked solutions to clients across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Indian diaspora. Anubhav has over 17 years’ experience in the financial services and risk management industry, including over 12 years at PCS. He specialises in working with key clients in the UHNW segment and family offices, and works closely with large institutions in tailoring key person insurance solutions. Anubhav was credited for concluding the first landmark Universal Life insurance policy for a Sum Assured of USD 100 Million at JLT PCS in 2013. Prior to his current role, he was a Tax Consultant with Ernst & Young. Anubhav holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore.
Group Chief Commercial Officer
Bill Johnston was appointed the Group Chief Commercial Officer of PCS by Mercer Group. Most recently, Bill was the CEO of Mercer in Indonesia. Bill brings with him nearly three decades of experience in senior roles in the financial services, high net worth (HNW) and consulting industries. With PCS’ growing focus on innovation to deliver impactful solutions to you and your clients, Bill’s executive management and sales leadership experience, coupled with his proven ability to accelerate growth and scale businesses, will undoubtedly help to ensure PCS continues to deliver market leading solutions to you. Prior to Mercer, Bill was CEO of Chubb Life Indonesia, Director at Willis Towers Watson and Head of HSBC HNW and Head of Onshore Banking for HSBC in Singapore.
Group Deputy Chief Operating Officer
Jason Kwong is the Group Deputy COO of PCS by Mercer Group. With close to 20 years of experience in financial services, Jason joins PCS from Noah Insurance where he was Executive Director and Head of Global Insurance Chief Executive Officer. He also served as CEO for Noah Insurance (Hong Kong) for four years. Prior to that, Jason has held senior roles in Richard Abbett Asia; AXA China and Convoy Financial Services where he honed his expertise and network for insurance broking and planning for high net worth clients. He is also an active committee member of the Institute of Financial Planners in Hong Kong.
