    Over the past half-century, advances in affirmative action and equal employment opportunity have had immense effect on business practices, particularly those relating to diversity governance and HR risk management. In this session, we will hear the “Influencers” who have driven this progress discuss the future of our profession in three key areas: Executive Order 11246, the American with Disabilities Act, and the role of the Industry Liaison Groups.
