Overview
This webinar is based on the very popular session that took place at the WorldatWork 2015 Total Rewards Conference. Steve Gross from Mercer, will invite attendees to look to the future by helping them understand past practices and external influences, as well as anticipate what's required to be successful during the next five years. This will require balancing multiple employee needs such as employee attraction, engagement and retention while also achieving productivity and performance goals. All of these components must be supported through HR analytics. Specifically, you will hear trends and likely scenarios of total rewards in 2020 in terms of compensation, benefits, career opportunities and work-life plans, along with how to design and implement such plans.
